Emulsifier for CSS Emulsions
Product information
Liquid emulsifier specifically formulated for cationic slow setting (CSS) bitumen emulsions. This product enables to process emulsions that required high storage-stability and good cohesion between aggregate and bitumen. Formulated to produce "grave emulsion", cold recycling (in situ or in plant) and dense grade cold mixes applications.
Recomended dosage
- 0.40 to 0.70 % by weight of total emulsion; Prime coat.
- 0.70 to 1.40 % by weight of total emulsion; G/E, Cold recycling, dense grade cold mix and Half-Warm mix.
