Additive for CRS Anti-Sticking Emulsions
Product information
Liquid bitumen hardener additive designed to produce non-tacky tack emulsions when combined with a CRS emulsifier. Its addition eliminates the need for 15/25 hard bitumen, which could cause emulsification issues. The product has to be dosed into the water phase. It will replace, almost entirely, the hydrochloric acid. Its dosage depends on bitumen grade.
Recomended dosage
- 0.70 to 1.00 % by weight of total emulsion, (Pen~30 dmm).
- 1.00 to 1.30 % by weight of total emulsion, (Pen~50 dmm).
- > 1.60 % by weight of total emulsion, (Pen~70 dmm).
