Powder additives used as thickeners in bitumen emulsions (acid or alkaline) that require higher viscosity performance. These products enhance the storage stability of the bitumen emulsions. It is recommended to add these additives into the water phase during soap solution preparation or directly to the bitumen emulsion while stirring.
Recomended dosage
- 0.05 to 0.15 % by weight of total emulsion.
