Liquid hydrocarbon blend softener formulated to produce hot mixes with RA. This softener acts on the viscosity of the asphalt mix. Its use is aligned to EN 13108-8 Standard for reclaimed asphalt. Heat-resistant and storage-stable when added into hot bitumen.
