New generation of synergetic liquid additives that combine vegetal-based advantages and silane chemistry nanotechnology surfactant properties, designed for producing hot mixes with high percentages of RA and pour-affinity aggregates. This innovative solution restores the original properties of oxidized and aged RA bitumen by reconstituting the aromatic fraction, favoring the deagglomeration of asphaltenes, promoting SOL colloidal structures, while improving ITSR values. It complies with EN 13108-8 Standard for reclaimed asphalt. This regenerator is odor-free, heat-resistant, and storage-stable when added to hot bitumen.
Recomended dosage
- 0.10 to 0.15% by weight of RA content
