Product information
New generation of synergetic liquid additives that combine vegetal-based advantages and silane chemistry nanotechnology surfactant properties. Designed to improve ITSR values while reducing production temperatures of WMA down to 110ºC (230ºF) and laying/compaction temperatures down to 90ºC (194ºF). It reduces fuel consumption and emissions, providing health and safety benefits to equipment operators. Even in cold weather, it enables longer hauls and is a fume-free solution ideal for indoor applications. Odor-free, heat-resistant, and storage-stable when added to bitumen.
Recomended dosage
- 0.3% to 0.5% by weight of bitumen (~1.0% for extreme temperature reductions).
