Chemical & Physical Bitumen Modification
Additives designed to modify the chemical and physical performance of the bitumen. This group includes products for use in Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) production, chemical behavior modifiers, and asphalt binder rheology enhancers.
- Polymers: Added to increase the elasticity and strength of the bitumen making it more resistant to deformation and rutting.
- Crumb Rubbers: Obtained from recycled tires, they are used to improve the flexibility and temperature susceptibility of bitumen.
- PMB Stabilizers: Used to improve the stability of the modified bitumen, they also neutralizes Sulphur derivates emissions.
- Performance Grade Improves: Used to modify bitumen rheology to enhance high temperature performance.
