Performance Grade Improver
Product information
Polymeric additive that modifies bitumen rheology to improve performance at high service temperatures by boosting its softening point. When dosed into the bitumen, it enhances PG (performance grade) complex modulus, without affecting low-temperature values. Heat-resistant and store-stable when added into hot bitumen. Due to its chemical composition, it decreases PMB viscosity allowing for a significant reduction in polymer content when used alongside SBS.
Recomended dosage
- 0.7 to 4.0 % by weight of bitumen.
