Compatibilizing Oils for PMB Production
Product information
Liquid hydrocarbon derivate thinners, specifically formulated to enhance compatibility in PMB modified with SBR/SBS polymers and/or crumb rubber, thanks to their high aromatic content. These thinners provide a softening effect, lowering the penetration value allowing for the use of harder bitumen. Heat-resistant and storage-stable when dosed into hot binder.
Recomended dosage
- 0.5 to 3.0 % by weight of bitumen.
